Fund-a-Need Development
When planned and executed properly, a "fund-a-need" segment of your live auction can make or break your night. With few exceptions, it simply has the capacity to drive more revenue than any individual auction item. A professional auctioneer is uniquely positioned to motivate guests to your cause by involving the entire audience through a Fund-A-Need appeal.
We'll work with you to identify a specific portion of your organization that would benefit from funding; separate from your overall fundraising goals. We'll then collaborate with you to develop an empathy pitch for that particular segment of your oranization. We help you appeal to your audience, giving everyone the opportunity to donate in a similar fashion to bidding on auction items. The difference? Everyone wins and all bids are collected towards that cause, not just the highest bidder as in traditional live auction items.

Working with your staff and volunteers
On auction night, we start the evening by initiating a briefing with your organization's event director to capture hot-off-the-press details on annoucements and the program's "show-flow". We work with your other volunteers to ensure everyone knows the plan and how they can most effective contribute to the experience.
Promoting the Silent Auction
We're there to help generate your audience's involvement with the silent auction portion of your evening. We're experts at building the excitement, highlighting any items in need of bidding attention and finally, helping to drive last-minute bidding as we bring sections of the silent auction to a close.

Live Auction & Fund-A-Need

Jokes, play-on-words and the fun nuances he provides will keep your audience smiling and happily contributing.
